How do bookings work?

Send us a text at (970) 550-2150 to book a meet and greet first to ensure a perfect fit.

Is there a cancellation fee?

After reserving a time slot for your pup, we adjust our schedule accordingly. We never overbook — if we're full, we can't take more bookings.

Plans change, so feel free to cancel up to 24 hours before service at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service rate.

What if my pet has special needs?

We’re happy to accommodate special diets, medications, or exercise routines—just let us know ahead of time.

Do you offer last-minute services?

We try our best to help with last-minute requests when possible.

How do I pay?

Payments are accepted online after services, regular dog walks are charged on a weekly basis.
